 Recently, WorkAid attended the Celebration of Learning Awards at West Sussex County Council Town Hall, recognising achievements in the Learning to Work programme.
We’re thrilled that James (person we support) won the Learning for Work Award — a fantastic achievement! Carleigh (person we support) was shortlisted for the Learning for Life Award and showed great grace in congratulating the winner — we’re so proud of her. The Trust was also shortlisted for Learning Organisation of the Year, which went to Making Theatre Gaining Skills, who are based at Longford Road. A special mention to Susanna, nominated for the Tutor Award, for her brilliant work leading Learning to Work. Thank you to Shaz for nominating our colleagues — and to whoever nominated the Trust. It was a lovely evening celebrating our amazing team.
